The Ursus Classic housing estate is a development on Dyrekcyjna Street in Ursus. A complex of seven-story multi-family residential buildings (six floors + basement) with commercial premises on the ground floor is being built on an site of 30,594 m². In addition the reconstruction of a historic building to the front of the site has been undertaken, this will be for commercial use. The development is constructed on the land of the former tractor factory buildings, and numerous services are available in the immediate vicinity making this a comfortable place to live for the residents of Ursus Classic. The project is distinguished by classic yet modern architecture and functionality. The architectural design of this unique housing estate was created by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates studio.

The Ursus Classic housing estate is being built on a post-industrial plot of land which for several decades was home to the Ursus Tractor Factory, and is now a well established residential area. It is a place with a unique atmosphere, which will be preserved to some extent thanks to the revitalization of one of the factory's historic buildings to the front of the site. The skilful integration of modern residential architecture into the local buildings of the district is a sign of respect for Ursus' past. The plot is partially wooded.
